I remember the first time I had the vanilla flavor
It was early june in high school when I saw a patch of white lilies that started opening. Those used to be my grandmas favorite, she passed that year… So with semi-teary eyes I checked my wallet and I remember just having enough pocket money for a can of coke (my folks were very strict about soda, but gran had a coke addiction)! So I went to the corner store, I must have been very wistful as I didn’t notice that the coke was flavored. Aaand I threw that shit out, it was fucking disgusting!
If you read this comment in the style of, "this is an ad for Coke trying to yank at your heartstrings," the ending is both hilarious and really satisfying. So thanks for that!
I don't know why but I imagined you throwing it away while saying, "Gran wouldn't stand for this!"
Its an actually real story! You might feel that way cause I rllllllllllllly do love coke! But it became so so so fucking expensive since covid…
