Never and I don't know of any "non US american" who has ever participated in one.

Well I’m glad, they were honestly kinda scary. They get someone to walk through each classroom and call out anyone that they see as they walk around (they don’t actively SAY it but the intention is to basically let the student know that in a real shooter scenario they would be murdered)
