How have I NOT heard of world class performers getting covid and maybe also ocasionally getting hospitalized for covid? And having long covid symptoms where they cant sing and dance like they used to? (hexbear.net)

I have long covid from the single time I've ever had covid. I'm not a singer or a dancer, but if I got all the right training, I think my long covid symptoms limits my ability to physically endure performing a concert. These superstars are constantly sharing air with thousands of people in single nights. In airports, at shows, dance practice, parties, meetings. Are they hiding the news? Do they just view it as the flu and don't think it's worth reporting? What's happening?

Shows get canceled all the time, people gradually disappear from the spotlight, others are dying younger. the bad thing is happening, but the media is largely ignoring it and it's happening in the context of so many other bad things, it's hard to tell.

Some artists are going to extensive lengths to keep tours going.

Shit I need a Steriwave machine. I can't find where to buy one or how much it costs. It's invention is at least 12 years old so hopefully that's lowered the price.

Ideally the government should be offering this machine to everyone.

The bubble boy helment is a little claustrophobic for me. If I ever get rich enough to go to 10 big crazy concerts a year, maybe. But otherwise it's not for me.
