I think you need to be American. It is funny how the Americans are busy explaining the drug to you, but failing to understand that it is the underlying premise that most non-Americans won't get.

Yeah I didn't get that that was a shotgun shell I thought it was a film canister.

Also every antihistamine I've ever seen has been a tiny little round thing, those are huge

They expanded in the liquid. That should help.

Whenever I get Benedryll (I assume what’s pictured) there’s a lot of carrier material (supposedly for the tummy), but if you get Sudafed by itself (the main ingredient) it’s a tiny little round pill.

Im not saying you're wrong about the amount of carrier material, but sudafed(pseudoephedrine) and benadryl(diphenhydramine) are two completely different drugs.

Edit: also i don't think there's any liquid inside the shell
