She’s lying, she doesn’t care. If anything, she’s excited about the money she’ll make.

In fairness, this scenario actually removes opportunities for her and her cronies to take backhander payments at a state level to pass ai legislation etc..

I reckon she's just pissed that her palms won't be greased more than anything.
