I'm going to wager that decal was designed and manufactured in a non-English speaking country. Everyone knows where Texas and Canada are
Nah I don't think the language/location gap can explain this ignorance. You can onlt find this in a Graphic Designer.
My thoughts too. An American would probably mess up the rest of the world, but would nail canada, America, and south America lol
