To be fair, it is normal to ask people to not film drone and missile impacts because posting those videos on the internet gives the attacker great feedback on the impact of the attack. It's a thing here in Ukraine, too - though I haven't heard of anyone getting fined by it, generally people just censor any identifying landmarks to make it harder to figure out where the drone hit.
