Per wikipedia

In 1845, the Southern Baptists separated from the Triennial Convention to uphold the institution of slavery

So they've always sucked.

Only took them onehundred and fifty years to say that that was bad, thirty years ago.

Let's hope they either take less time with the queerphobia or vanish
