From what I saw (and he was fantastically acted), Walter was doing it for himself at least as much as he was doing it "for the right reasons" . Like, it's fine, I'm sure there's family that can help... I mean, my uncle with Down's syndrome is healthy at 61 (thank God!) and has always been cared for by family. I just can't picture anyone reasonable and with a minimum of morality to be like "oh I have terminal cancer? Time to become a drug lord!", idk.

I have a special place in my heart for people with Down's. They are always such amazing characters. I hope your uncle continues to have good health, it's rare for them to get so old and still be healthy

You're very sweet! And yeah, I haven't seen him in so long (I emigrated), but he still recognises me and chats with me through video calls. Man's bright, he has always been verbal and lucid (and even used to flirt with my mom's friends, lol), he just has Down's! 😅🙏

in the 90s I worked at a grocery store and one of the baggage clerks was a guy in his 50s with Down's. He was always polite and kind. He clearly liked the young ladies that worked with us but he was never inappropriate. One day he and I were in the back cleaning up and I looked in his backpack lol dude had a bunch of new porn tapes in there. I was laughing when he noticed I saw it and poor guy was so embarrassed until I told him it's fine. He then went on to tell me about his 1000+ tape collection!

lol I'll never forget you Greg. One of a kind!
