Adobe is asking for verification of subscription status. What do I do to resolve this?

Hi, this is my first time posting on anything like lemmy and yk what. I have not seen any posts regarding this issue, so I would like to know if I am the only one experiencing it and what steps I can take to resolve it; I pressed 'try again', and in less than a minute, it pops back up.
