The answer should be use signal that has been configured in a hardened way. Everything else can't be trusted. Hell even with signal if it's really sensitive Encode with pgp using their public key then send through signal then they decode using their private key.
Waiting for simplex to mature but yeah currently signal is the best
The founder of SimpleX unfortunately seems to be full MAGA. I don't want to touch that project with a 3 meter pole.
Matrix isn't doing too well either. Might be time to start a completely new project.
I don't do these purity tests. Simplex has better architecture over signal. So as long as that holds true, I will be moving my crew over there once apps are polished
Anything architected by fascists and their supporters is suspect. Maybe it looks good now but, such an individual would be more likely to quietly push malicious changes in the future.
