Kia dealership promised me one for my 2023 Niro Hybrid when I bought it brand new. The saleswoman helping me get accustomed to it after signing the papers helped me download the app and then showed me the feature. A few days later, that feature mysteriously vanished and I was now being told my specific trim wasn’t supported for it.
