Hi all, I'm not sure what to do here. The controllers vibrate extremely loudly, it sounds like I am shaving my face! I don't remember it being so loud when the thing was new, just two months ago.

Is it defective?

What's the best way to get warranty replacement? I got it from Amazon but the only course of action there is to send in the whole thing for repair. Is that the best choice?

Apparently it's mostly in one game, WRC 10.

I guess it means the hardware is okay and that one game is crap.

Everyone forgets the Joycons have a feature called HD Rumble and that advanced vibration patterns are an option for developers. You can even use the vibrations to make sounds. It's really cool, but almost no one does it. Sounds like this game does.
