This guy's one of the only real players in the China "overcapacity" discussion (which is a zombie of 2000s China collapse discourse). Probably the best account to follow if you're out of the loop

I think as long as all of these institutions are ideologically predisposed not to understand China, capital controls, or what industrial capacity actually is, it will recur
