Lol put this in front of a jury. Id never convict in a million years. These fat fuck federal politicians want to charge us for putting our hands up while they're shooting us with ammunitions. The fact there's even a law to charge for this tells me how broken our system has become.

This is why jury trials are super important. They're one of those last-ditch safety measures against a police state.

That's why the people ICE arrests usually don't get to have a trial. They're trying to make a new system where they just get to decide what happens to people.

We have this law in Germany too. It's illegal to bring protective items or face coverings to a protest. When the cops start beating people you're expected to just sit there and take it. It's totally fucked up.
