After chewing and biting off my nails for the last 30 years, and one failed attempt to stop, I think this time has stuck.

My nail beds still need time to heal, and there's still damage visible from biting them so long, but it feels nice to be able to paint them now and not feel so self conscious about how they look.

Congrats! The nail bite is one of the harder addictions to deal with.
