Had to have a serious chat to the team today.

I've put a target on my back by giving them a lot of autonomy and they were starting to get complacent.

I got the message across I think, without being too confrontational.

Probably good to remind them that there is a consequence for not getting past a certain threshold if you’ve given them autonomy.

You’re ultimately accountable for them.
