Watched 28 Years Later yesterday in the cinema, and while I don't agree with it being the best in the series as the first one is still kilometers above it, I agree it is a solid 3.5 and even 4 for me. I am not a Brit, but once I researched that choice and learned who Jimmy Savile was, then it suddenly made a lot of sense and became the darkest scene in the movie hands down.
