In the race to develop artificial intelligence, tech giants are building data centers that guzzle up water. That has led to problems for people who live nearby.

Guerilla action is tough now that cameras are everywhere. Drones are a thing though!

Cameras are really only useful if someone is watching them, and doubly useful if the people that are filmed can be identified.
