NATO does not forcefully enter any country

NATO has invaded, among other countries, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Palestine, Vietnam, Korea.

countries have to apply to become a member

Ah, you meant 'nobody is forced to join NATO', as opposed to it actually forcefully entering countries the way it did with the ones that I mentioned (among others)? Do you think that voluntarily joining the world's most prolific aggressor that is, among other things, conducting at least one obvious genocide is somehow good? Not sure how that is relevant otherwise.

There were already many weapons on several of Russia's borders before NATO was there.

Are you talking about the borders with the Baltic states and Norway, which are in a considerably different place than the border with Ukraine?
Do note that Ukraine has a large border close to Russia's most populated areas.

NATO has only reinforced this (as part of the agreement signed with the country in question).

Which doesn't make any of this better.

Economic warfare" (aka. economic sanctions) NATO has nothing to do with

NATO - i.e. the US and its subordinate states in Europe and elsewhere - is quite literally the initiator of the blockade against Russia (and other states/countries).

Terror attacks on civilian targets? Please provide sources.

Some of the recent ones include the dropping of bridges onto civilian trains and drone striking civilians. Also, not directly related, but I'm going to remind you of the fact that NATO has also been committing war crimes like perfidiously using civilians to conduct military activities like with the 'Spider's web'.
