So, he's turned off the internet for a nation at war to prevent an attack and now he's engaging in strike-breaking behavior like Hurst and the newspapers of old..... Who has the legal ability to go after him? DOJ? ICC? Can someone figure this out and strap his ass to a St. Andrew's cross in the Hague already?

No capitalist state is going to go after him for anything, he's a billionaire. He's above the law in every way that matters.
