Besides diagnosed PTSD, I'm under constant extremely high stress levels. it's been a long time. and I assume I would have gotten used to it? anything that can actually help me not be constantly overwhelmed all the time?

don't want to relieve my constant trauma or traumadump. lets just say it feels like my veins are about to explode and I'm often seeking any distraction for my thoughts that are about my reality and are extremely scary.

I'm a veteran with PTSD. I credit LSD with my survival until I could get into the VA system and get therapy. I think the other two could help, too, but all of these need the right setting with a good trip sitter.

OP, there is a network of professionals who will trip sit if you don't have anyone you trust for that in your life.
