Its quite literally Obama's fault 45 looked so good. Obama's presidency is responsible for starting the largest/longest bull run in the history of the stock market, which 45 ended due to utterly fumbling the pandemic, but can now blame Biden for since he has to deal with all the economic fallout from 45's term in office. While all 45 had to deal with was a humming economy he still ran into the ground. Not saying what Obama did for the economy was good for the country, just that it was good for what is considered 'economic health' by the majority of the US population.
