I mean, I'm messing around by talking like him, but it's a real recipe that he featured on Kitchen Nightmares like 15 years ago. I've made it several times and it's delicious. The key is to use a lot of broccoli and only about half as much water as broccoli so that it has a strong flavor, and the right consistency. I'm sure you can find the video online somewhere.
