You are thinking of dissociative identity disorder not schizophrenia
I thought DiD is super rare and schizophrenia (schizo-effective) is common and includes a lot of the same qualities of having... Visual hallucinations? every meme about "ah my girlfriend goes away if I take my schizophrenia meds" is incorrect?
Edit: "multiple personalities" disorder or whatever that crap TV tried to use as a trope 20 years ago?
