I mean, if relocations don't happen, that seems like it'd be a pretty bad idea from Russia's standpoint.

Frankly, I'm kind of surprised that Russia didn't move before they got hit. They had to have a pretty good idea that this was coming.

I posted links here to people talking specifically about that helicopter base at Berdyansk and the revetments before it actually got hit. If random people are chatting about it....
