Old polish proverb says "if you want to beat a dog you will always find a stick". They would do it anyway for no reason.
This is just their excuse to do it louder and faster. Instead of killing a couple hundred - thousand kids a year for another decade or so, they can now do it all in a month or so, and the liberals will all cheer it on.
