Been working on a homebrew RPG where all the players are cats. I’m almost done and I can’t wait to be the dungeon meowster!
That sounds pretty cool! How does it work? Do you have different classes of cats? Is it normal cats or fantasy cats?
Sorry, the idea alone brings up so many questions in me.
I am spinning it off this game called Mew-tants https://animapress.itch.io/mew-tants. I adapted the story, characters, and locations to fit in the American southwest. The game system is simple enough that anyone could pick it up pretty quickly.
The classes are based on cat breed, they have access to super skills but only a few. Yeah, the players are all regular cats for the most part. There is a family version included if you don’t want curse words. I personally left the fucks stat in for my game. If you run out of fucks you bail on the encounter!
That does look like fun. I’ve never played myself(no friends back then, no time now), but I love going through lore books and different settings.
Anyway, I hope your game will be a big success!
