Astrology, tarot, etc are essentially just guided meditation. An option to think about yourself deeply for a while, and possibly more accessible and doable for certain types of people. The problems only arise when fraudsters use it for fraud.

100%.

Anyone who wants money for these "services" is absolutely an asshole. But I think the same for anyone who charges for "prayers" or "divine healing".
