It would require an air compressor to keep the head inflated like a holiday yard decoration, thus also requiring a constant source of power and also noisy. Would be terrible for camping in all scenarios lol
Yes, but... dinosaur > camping... so.
You can get inflatable tents nowadays which don't need a constant stream of air, so the technology's there at least

Try to pack it back up, even if you use poles for the face it’s impractical
Dinosaurs were loud too, design the compressor to growl like an animal and it's a win-win, I don't see your problem /s
