Peanut butter with garlic and salt is absolutely awesome.
I was about to say this sounds similar to Thai peanut sauce
Ez thai peanut sauce recipe.
Red curry paste or Panang curry paste, saute in pan. Pour in your coconut milk, dump too much peanut butter in usually crunchy and add salt/sugar to taste.
