Where’d his dick go?
A lot of Ukrainians see the Soviet era stuff as symbolic of their oppression under Moscow rule. It’s possible a UA soldier did a little decommunization of his own. Could have been a Russian soldier too, as they were running around there during the first week of the invasion as well. Don't know.
