Soft drink. They are just sugar water and color chemistry that give color and flavor.

Yep, without the fiber juice its not great for you. Drink water, eat fruit.

Blending breaks up the fibers. It's probably delicious but not as healthy as munching down on fruit.

Surely chewing blends them more or less as much? Has any study shown that fiber from blended foods acts differently in the gut biome or with blood sugar, etc?

I doubt teeth are as effective as a blender but it's a good question.
