It's not even a good franchise but I guess there is money to be made on adults that never grow up past early highschool mental age
It's an amazing franchise if you're the one selling it because people buy the absolute shit out of Call of Duty.
I work on hard problems all day, when I come home I just want to shoot mans. Why the hate?
Not so much hate as just disappointment. Each iteration hasn't really brought any significant innovation or fun to the experience and why would they bother, since it will make money anyways.
