I really appreciate adding the ability to enable custom search engines for searching with the address bar. As someone who just types my searches direct to the address bar, not having the (infosec.exchange)

I really appreciate @firefox adding the ability to enable custom search engines for searching with the address bar. As someone who just types my searches direct to the address bar, not having the option to use my search engine of choice was a problem that's now solved! #Firefox

No it's not new, I think they were just trying to say they like the feature.

Considering how the title came out I wouldn't be surprised if they think it is new.

They should remove the words “adding the”. So the sentence would be “I really appreciate Firefox ability to enable custom search”. The way they phrase it sounds like Firefox has recently added the custom search engine function.
