I read about a wagner commander being a fascist, but I'm not sure if that was his name. Not saying they're all nazis, since its a mash-up of a bunch of randos they put together.

Utkin has SS tattoos but he's not even the leader of Wagner (which isn't even a part of the Russian military), he's just in Wagner. In a photo he happened to be standing next to Putin, hence all the conspiracy theories.
