I only learned this recently because my wife and I watched a Christmas movie where this fact was a major plot point haha.

It’s definitely not as good as some Christmas movies I’ve watched recently but I wouldn’t say Candy Cane Lane was bad.

I know nothing about that movie except what is on the poster.

So I'm guessing the plot revolves around Eddie Murphy being paid a lot of money to make films he doesn't want to be in. His eyes just look like somebody has hollowed him out.

Dolomite Is My Name was really good, and genuinely seemed to be the first thing since Coming To America that he looked like he wanted to be in, but it appears his career is in the toilet again.
