Oh.. because of course "Fluid Ounce (Imperial)" is different from "Fluid Ounce (US)".

DOESN'T THE US USE THE IMPERIAL SYSTEM

The US uses US customary units. Actual Imperial units are sometimes used informally around the UK and Commonwealth nations.
