Caring about perceived masculinity does not sound very masculine to me, so whatever. I'm confident enough to stand by my choices and others should too.

Agreed.

I rather enjoy many vegan options. I don't think less of a man for eating a salad, tofu, bean sprouts, a veggie burger.

It's when he insists on preaching the gospel of a vegan lifestyle that I begin to question his manhood. I'm having a Lentil Bolognese because I'm hungry and it sounded good. You're eating twigs because you think it will save the planet. We are not the same.
