There's an incredible gap between having 10's of thousands of dollars from a couple years of working a job with low expenses and a habit of not spending money and buying a fucking house lol

Because they have spare money, and only mentioned spending money on frivolous shit, rather than food, rent and bills.

It goes without saying. If he was in my country I would assume he is paid 2500€ a month and only pays 500$ for rent so there is plenty left
