I wish it wasn't obligatory to clarify: Nobody's a "Biden voter". We're voting against the other guy. Forever. Fuck FPTP.
"Bloo no mattah hoo" Seriously. A Democrat can do the worst of it and you addled lot will still plunge your country and else where in to the a sewage pit to vote for them. Lunacy.
Propose an alternative so I can laugh humourlessly in your face.
Well the other guys a self proclaimed dictator with a published plan intent on dismantling Americas democracy in its entirety while using its national resources to avenge personal vendettas, and the options outside red/blue have never come close to winning, let alone actually doing it.
I'm not even American and that's an incredibly obvious choice, if you can even call that a choice. I definitely don't like Biden, but he's the best America seems able/willing to put forward.
America has been stuck in a cycle of choosing the least of two evils for a very long time now. Nobody likes either option, but nobody (with the ability to effect change) seems to know how to fix this broken system either. (and I'm not saying I do, just pointing out my observations)
Don't waste your time on nirvana fallacy MFers
It's more for those that come across this thread than the person I replied to.
It's been about fifteen years I've been ranting about the consequences of "first past the post" systems and all of my worst predictions keep coming true and every non American keeps acting like our system rewards simply voting for whom you most prefer.
It does not work like that. I'm sick of explaining this.
