FFXIV just added one (with a voice actress that is trans IRL) that'll be in the next expansion :3

Edit: added clarification that the voice actress is trans, not sure if the character will be

Actually I may have misread the thread but the voice actress behind the new femhroth character is trans IRL (Sena Bryer)
