I'm so torn about these fuckers. On the one hand, they're so entertainingly batshit; on the other hand, they must give CEOs everywhere migraines with the dumbfuck letters they send.

My friend deals with them sometimes in the course of her job, says they make her laugh because nothing ever works for them.
