I will dispute the 5 years part but in 50? Goodbye New York as well btw. If engineers aren't solving these problems now they're fucked but even the best engineer isn't going to save the cities. Nature trumps all and oceans rising coupled with hurricanes moving further north.

dude current projections out Miami basically a whole story underwater in 25 years, and these may even be too conservative as we have recently learned and they need to be reajusted
