Vladimir Putin’s campaign headquarters has officially informed Russia’s Central Election Commission that he will not participate in pre-election debates, reports TASS.

They know, that is why they don't want Putin to participate. Having him spout his unchallenged thoughts daily is what they want.

That is why the antiwar candidate was disqualified from running.
