He has top secret clearance and openly does ecstasy and cocaine and a bunch of other recreational drugs. That’s normally a thing that prevents you from getting a security clearance.

The DoD has had companies send out reminders that CBD isn't federally legal so people with clearance should steer clear.

They should put an asterisk below the reminders **does not apply if your net worth is in excess of $3M or whatever point at which your lawyers outsmart the IRS annually
