It's not even half. Every time people are surveyed for whether or not they support conservative policies, political stances, etc the highest it tends to get is ~30% of the population are in support. The more extreme the position the smaller the support.

Yes, but that is if you ask them about the issues. Try asking them about their team... I mean political party

Seems like we need to ban political parties, put bags on the heads of every politician to disguise them, and rotate in a random citizen chosen from each district for every single vote. Better luck by random choice than a 50/50 coin toss at best and Gerrymandered hell scape at worst.

Or we could have ranked choice voting so “3rd party candidates” can have a chance and not be seen as “wasted votes that let the wrong lizard win”.

But that would require the peabrains to actually spend time reading about policies, and might even encourage... different perspectives!! Can't have that now!

Much more convenient for them to just soak up whatever bullshit Fox News pumps into their brains and just blindly vote for the Rs. Then they can quickly get back to... Soaking up more shit from Fox News.
