Army Chief of Staff Gen. James McConville is set to retire next week, while Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday will depart in mid-August.

Funny how the "support our troops" party is actively sabotaging military readiness.

Ha, who am I kidding, they don't support anything other than their own power and their (suporters') bank accounts.
