Army Chief of Staff Gen. James McConville is set to retire next week, while Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Mike Gilday will depart in mid-August.

they don't support anything other than their own power and their (suporters') bank accounts.

And punching down, scapegoating and oppressing vulnerable minority groups, they're big on that.
