Damn turns out it's hard to run for Senate when you've alienated your entire voter base and all of your political allies

she's definitely alienated her base enough that she can't get re-elected but if she'd actually alienated her political allies they would have kicked her off committees or even out of the party entirely

She left her party willingly so that she could garner support from the other party and the private sector.
